What we store
If you request supplier quotes, we store the details you type (email, and optionally name, company, phone, fleet size, region, the upgrades you picked) plus a copy of your savings-calculator numbers. If you join the Pro waitlist, we store your email and which price you were shown.
What we don’t store
Logos you add to a rate notice are used only to make that PDF and are never saved. Calculator inputs aren’t sent to us unless you request quotes; your settings are remembered only in your own browser, and you can clear them any time.
Cookies and analytics
We set one cookie to remember which Pro price you were shown. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and button clicks in aggregate; it doesn’t use cookies to track you across sites.
Who sees your details
Quote requests are sent to us by email and shared with suppliers only to arrange the quotes you asked for. We don’t sell your information.
