How it works
A public price, not ours
We use the official weekly retail diesel price: the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) for the U.S., and Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) for Canada. Your customer can look up the same number.
The formula in your contract
Price above your base, divided by fuel economy (or a step table, if that’s what you signed). We show the math with your numbers so anyone can check it.
Updated every week
New prices load automatically after each weekly release: Mondays for the EIA, Wednesdays for NRCan. Your saved settings mean next week takes one tap.
