This is a free tool for small trucking carriers in Canada and the U.S. It turns the official weekly diesel price into a fuel surcharge, prints a surcharge table and a customer rate notice, and estimates what fuel-saving upgrades would save.

Diesel prices come from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) weekly retail on-highway diesel series, and from Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) weekly average retail diesel prices, taxes included. We check every price before storing it and never fill in missing weeks.
